Aunque somos un equipo español, esta posición tiene un alto componente de coordinación con parte del equipo en Holanda, por lo que es imprescindible tener un nivel alto de inglés, tanto escrito como hablado.

About the role
We are looking for a mid-level Digital Marketing Trafficker to join our marketing team and support the coordination and performance monitoring of multiple digital channels for the Spanish market.
You will play a key role in ensuring campaigns run smoothly across channels while collaborating with local and international teams. This position is idóneo for someone who already has hands-on experience and is looking to grow into a more strategic and cross-channel role.
Key Responsabilities
Monitor and support performance across multiple marketing channels (SEA, SEO, affiliate marketing, web comparison platforms, etc.) for the Spanish market
Contribute to the management of additional traffic sources such as PR-related traffic and social media (organic and paid)
Support the coordination of programmatic and external prospecting/retargeting platforms (e.g., Criteo)
Ensure campaigns are properly implemented, tracked, and optimized
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve campaign performance
Act as a coordination point between the local Spanish team and international stakeholders
Support campaign planning and execution aligned with local market needs
Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to optimization initiatives
Coordinate with analytics/tech teams when needed
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (performance marketing / traffic management / online campaigns)
Solid understanding of channels such as Google Ads (SEA), SEO, affiliate marketing, social media (organic & paid), and comparison websites
Experience or familiarity with programmatic platforms and retargeting tools (e.g., Criteo) is a plus
High level of English (written and spoken) – daily communication with international teams is required
Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders (local teams, international teams, in-house departments, and external partners/agency)
Well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow
Experience in the Portuguese market is a plus
What we expect from you in your first 6 months:
Month 1: Understand the business first. Your focus will not be traffic channels yet, but learning what we do, how we work, and how the company operates internally.
Month 2: Integration with the international team, especially the team in the Netherlands (travel availability is required).
Month 3–4: Start analyzing what we currently have in place and begin contributing with improvement ideas and short-term action plans.
Month 5–6: Full ownership of the role — regular reporting, performance analysis, identifying opportunities, and working with a high level of autonomy.
