The Technical and Promo Specialist is responsible for developing, creating and nurturing product awareness, consistent and strong recall and patronage of LEADS’ products in his assigned area of responsibility and supports other areas with the same strategic activities upon invitation, with appropriate approval.
Minimum Education Requirement must be a Bachelor’s Degree Course, preferably Major in Agriculture or any Business-related Courses.: Minimum Job-Related Experience with six (6) months of related industry experience in any of the following functions: Technical Promotion/Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, Customer Relations is a plus.: Other Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude, Competencies): Technical Knowledge of Agricultural Products, including soil testing.: Technical Demonstrations and Promotions.: Managing Processes and Compliance.: Customer Relations and Retention.: Team Player: Conversant in English, Filipino and local dialect of the assigned area.: Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
