We are looking for a Business Development Manager – IoT & OEM for our sales team to drive business growth across Spain and Europe, focusing on OEMs, device manufacturers, IoT solution providers, system integrators, and key players within the connectivity ecosystem.
In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between advanced connectivity technologies (SIM/eSIM and Remote Provisioning - RSP) and the commercial needs of companies deploying large-scale IoT solutions globally. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing complex and long-cycle sales processes, and securing high-value partnerships in a highly competitive and evolving market.
You will also play a key role in expanding market presence, providing insights on industry trends and regulatory landscape, and collaborating cross-functionally with technical, product, legal, and finance teams to deliver end-to-end IoT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities within the IoT and OEM ecosystem
* Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing
* Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, device manufacturers, system integrators, and partners
* Execute regional sales strategies to expand presence in Spain and Europe
* Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance) to ensure successful customer onboarding and delivery
* Manage and develop a strong sales pipeline with a focus on high-value deals
* Provide market intelligence on pricing trends, competitors, and regulatory landscape (e.g., roaming restrictions)
What are we looking for?
* +5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in IoT, telecom, or tech environments
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Strong understanding of the cellular ecosystem (MNO, MVNO, MVNE)
* Solid knowledge of SIM/eSIM lifecycle, GSMA standards, and Remote Provisioning (RSP)
* Proven track record in solution selling / consultative sales for complex and long-cycle deals
* Experience building strategic partnerships within the IoT ecosystem
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* High level of autonomy and ability to work in a distributed environment
Nice to have
* Experience working with OEMs, device manufacturers, or IoT platforms
* Additional languages (Italian, French, or Portuguese)
* Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
* International business exposure
