We are looking for an
Accounting & Treasury Specialist
with at least 3 years of experience in accounting and finance processes (both national and international). This role is responsible for general ledger accounting, bank reconciliations, tax filings, financial analysis, and compliance. The position involves managing the full accounting cycle, requiring a solid background in accounting and finance as well as in-depth knowledge of current tax legislation and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting Management: Manage daily accounting, monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including the full accounting cycle (invoicing, collections, and payments).
- Bank Reconciliations: Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and balance sheet accounts
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax filings in compliance with local regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting and tax standards while staying updated on relevant legislation.
- Support & Collaboration: Provide technical support and collaborate with the finance leadership team.
- Audits: Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and helping resolve discrepancies.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the optimization of accounting and tax processes, improving reporting accuracy and efficiency.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Languages: High level of English is preferred; other languages are a plus
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, or a Master's degree plus at least 3 years of experience.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, IFRS/GAAP standards, tax regulations, and experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Skills: Analytical mindset, proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
