Oversee day-to-day execution and optimization of paid media campaigns—including paid search, paid social, and paid display—across multiple global regions and platforms.
Partner closely with other Digital Team members, as well as work collaboratively with cross-functional campaign owners to design and implement B2B account-based marketing initiatives.
Analyze campaign performance data across various ad platforms, identifying high-performing tactics, flagging issues, and making actionable recommendations and enhancements.
Lead campaign setup activities including UTM code creation, creative asset uploads, and campaign QA to ensure accuracy prior to launch.
Routinely monitor and report on campaign health, proactively escalating issues and seizing optimization opportunities to maximize marketing impact.
Develop trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, prioritizing and delivering digital marketing value.
Stay up to date on new tools, ad formats, trends, and best practices in digital media.
Requirements

5-7 years of experience in digital marketing; preferably some of that time within an ad agency environment.
Hands-on expertise in paid advertising and analytics platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics; experience with ad serving platforms, DSPs, and/or ABM platforms preferred.
Ability to translate campaign performance into actionable insights is digestible and clear for a variety of different stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects or deadlines independently.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (including pivot tables).
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive, self-motivated individual able to take initiative.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, business, or an analytical field.
