🚀 Role Overview
We are looking for a SAP EWM Business Analyst with a strong focus on SAP processes and project coordination, acting as a bridge between business and technology.
This role involves gathering and documenting requirements, coordinating with external support teams (AMS), and providing functional support across SAP domains such as Logistics, Production, and EWM.
🛠 Responsibilities
• Act as a key contact for local business and collaborate with third-level support teams
• Analyze and resolve functional and technical issues
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Provide application support and manage tickets
• Coordinate with AMS partners to ensure system stability and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including Journey Owners and IT Leads
• Support integration between SAP and factory systems or smart devices
• Contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions within SAP environments
💻 Requirements
• Experience in SAP analysis and support, particularly in S/4HANA
• Strong knowledge of SAP EWM and/or Production and/or Logistics processes
• Understanding of business processes related to warehouse management, logistics, sales and manufacturing
• Exposure to SAP customizing and configuration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and collaborative mindset
• Advanced English and Spanish required
