We are currently looking for a Jr. Product Operations Analyst to join our Marketing, Product & Strategy team in Madrid (hybrid model).
This opportunity is ideal for early-career professionals who are eager to learn how product organizations operate and want to gain hands-on experience in product execution, operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
What will you do?
* Support the day-to-day operations of the Product team
* Maintain and update documentation, trackers, and knowledge repositories
* Ensure product information is accurate and consistent across tools
* Execute and improve recurring Product Operations processes
* Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements
* Prepare reports and dashboards, turning data into actionable insights
* Ensure data accuracy and reliability across systems
* Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams
* Follow up on action items and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders
What are we looking for?
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data, Technology, business, or a related field
* No prior professional experience required (internships are a plus)
* Professional level of English and Spanish both spoken and written
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Analytical mindset and ability to work with data and digital tools
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve processes
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Interest in Product, technology, and continuous improvement
