The Information Lab, a leading company in Data Analytics and Data Visualization and in the implementation of corporate digitization strategies, is looking for an Intern CEO & Sales Operations to join a high-potential internship program, directly supporting the CEO / Head of Sales.
The intern will work alongside senior management in sales operations, process structuring, reporting, and operational coordination, with the aim of increasing the executive effectiveness of the Sales department and the CEO.
Main responsibilities
* Supporting the structuring, formalization, and documentation of processes based on the CEO's instructions
* Distributing and monitoring processes on behalf of the CEO
* Collecting, consolidating, and analyzing KPIs from the front lines
* Supporting the organization of the CEO/Head of Sales' agenda
* Preparing reports, dashboards, and management presentations
* Supporting the review of business opportunities together with Sales
* Providing operational support in managing relationships with vendors and partners
* Supervising office management and general secretarial activities
Learning and development

* Degree obtained or in progress from a top-level university or business school
