In this role, you won't just be managing accounts; you'll be identifying and onboarding "Co-Hosts"—the local experts who help property owners manage their listings and deliver great experiences.The Role & Your Impact Network Building: Identify and engage with potential co-hosts to expand the Airbnb community in key regions.Consultative Onboarding: Guide new partners through the program, explaining the value of the platform and helping them get started.Matching & Success: Connect property owners with the right co-hosts based on their specific needs.Strategic Growth: Manage your pipeline using Salesforce and work towards clear engagement and growth targets.What We Are Looking For Languages: C2-level German and professional English (B2+).Experience: 1–2 years in Sales, Customer Success, or Onboarding.Mindset: You enjoy reaching out to people, building trust over the phone or email, and hitting performance milestones.Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to explain complex programs in a simple, persuasive way.What's in it for you?
