Job Description
ACEREZ, a partnership of ACCIONA, COBRA, and Endeavour Energy, has been appointed network operator by EnergyCo to design, build, finance, operate, and maintain the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) transmission network. The ACCIONA COBRA Joint Venture (ACJV), the design and construct (D&C) consortium, will design and build this transmission project.
The new infrastructure will deliver at least 4.5 gigawatts of capacity from 2028, connecting 7.7 gigawatts of wind and solar projects, enough to power over 2 million homes annually.
About the Role
The Training Advisor supports the facilitation and delivery of internal and external training for the project, working closely with funding bodies and training providers to ensure timely and appropriate training delivery. The role includes data collection and reporting to ensure compliance with project requirements. Preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to the Mudgee region.
* Support delivery of Project Induction and onboarding programs
* Coordinate training scheduling, booking, and logistics
* Gather and analyze training feedback
* Advise on training scheduling, compliance, and system management
* Assist with training documentation review and development
* Support scheduled training and compliance audits
* Collaborate with education providers and RTOs on apprenticeship and traineeship programs
* Monitor and support the Training and Skills Management Plan (TSMP)
* Ensure accurate data collection and support compliance reporting
* Review workforce and training data for reporting and analysis
Required Skills and Competencies
* Teritary/TAFE survey qualifications
* Minimum 8 years survey experience, ideally 10+ on large projects
* High proficiency with 12d model, 12d field, and 12d Synergy
* Management experience of survey teams
* Expertise with Leica TS15/16 and Leica/Trimble GNSS
* Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
* Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards
* Construction Induction Training (White Card) and valid Driver’s License
