Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, driving improvements in service levels and customer satisfaction while optimizing cost efficiency.Process Improvement & Lean Management :
Implement Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflow.KPI Management & Performance Tracking :
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, warehouse productivity, and operational costs. Take proactive actions to meet and exceed targets.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment :

Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ISO standards. Foster a culture of safety and quality within the logistics operations.Bachelors or master university degree (prefible in Engineering or Logitics).Fluent in Spanish and English.7 years of experience in operations :
logistics or supply chain or customer service.Minimum 3 years of experience as people manager.Minimum of 1 years of experience applying Lean methodologies in an operational environment.Travel Percentage :
