Your Mission: Strategy, Launch, and Scaling in the DACH Market

You won't just manage accounts; you'll own the entire onboarding journey for a portfolio of new advertisers in the German market, ensuring they achieve maximum impact from day one.

* Design, implement, and launch highly effective PPC campaigns that deliver immediate, measurable results.
* Engage with businesses via outbound calls to understand their unique goals and present tailored digital advertising strategies.
* Identify and secure upsell opportunities by continuously optimizing campaigns to maximize client investment and ROI.
* Apply your knowledge of German digital market practices and GDPR/local regulations to guide clients securely.
* Build deep, trusted, and lasting relationships, managing high daily interactions while delivering excellence.
* Maintain accurate, timely client data and performance records within CRM systems.


What You Bring to the Table:

We need an ambitious, detail-oriented professional ready to excel in the German market.

* C2 level fluency in German is essential, alongside professional proficiency (C1) in English.
* 20+ months of proven success in a sales or marketing client-facing role, ideally focused on paid digital advertising (PPC).
* A strong understanding of the German market and its rigorous cultural business practices.
* Hands-on experience with major PPC platforms and familiarity with CRM tools and AI-driven outreach.
* A Bachelor's degree (Masters in Marketing/Communications is a plus).
* Exceptional communication, compelling presentation, and a proactive, results-driven approach.
