About the job:
For our growing Automotive division in Manzanares (Spain) at the earliest possible date we are looking for a: CMMS TECHNICIAN .
Reporting to the Maintenance Plant Manager, your mission will be to form part of the technical and maintenance team of the Plant, carrying out the following functions.
What will your daily responsibilities include in this role?
The CMMS Technician is responsible for:
* Coaching of CMMS software to technicians and tracking of daily implementation with them.
* Support of maintenance area responsibles with the CMMS software implementation and push to stored data analysis to take improvements into machinery maintenance programs and technical improvements.
* Asset: Continue with creation and revision of the full list of Asset of the plant
* Spare Parts: Codification of existing spare parts for Maintenance use and coach with the implementation of spare parts new system implementation.
* Preventive Maintenance: Collaboration with area responsibles for Preventive Maintenance implementation and tracking.
* KPI’s reports generation and analysis.
What we ask for:
* B.Sc. Degree in Industrial Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering).
* Microsoft tools (Excel) advanced.
* Comprehensive practical knowledge of the manufacturing processes, products, machines and equipment. Comfortable in the plant environment.
* Business fluent in English (B2) and Spanish.
* Analytical thinking, open minded, good judgement, process thinking, time management and organization, effective communication, team worker.
* Plant environment, some travel may be required.
