Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is looking for someone with intricate knowledge of industry trends and the digital landscape to help our internal sales teams build a pipeline based on companies you will prospect.
Purpose of the role:
The Acquisition Marketing team is responsible for delivering high-potential, policy-compliant customers to our New Business Sales partners across European markets. Our mission is to deliver high-quality leads, researched from various online sources, to our sales teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams.
2. Evaluate companies using provided guidelines and online tools.
3. Qualify prospects to ensure eligibility for acquisition.
4. Stay updated on industry news and trends for timely prospecting.
5. Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs for lead sourcing.
6. Deliver leads based on quarterly targets.
7. Provide weekly reports and analysis of work progress.
Requirements:
* 1 year experience in digital advertising or market research.
* Minimum education of 2nd year college or higher.
* B2 level or higher in the supported market language.
* C2 level of French.
* Advanced English skills.
* Intermediate spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.).
Skills and attributes:
* Ability to work independently and report daily progress.
* Strategic thinking and awareness of market trends.
* Accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
* Experience with reports, databases, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
* Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

* Full-time position (39h/week, Monday to Friday).
