We seek a qualified and experienced Strategic Finance Business Partner to provide financial insights, analysis, and support to departments, aiding in achieving strategic objectives and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic goals.
* Provide financial analysis and insights for decision-making.
* Assist in developing financial plans and forecasts.
* Analyze performance, trends, and metrics to identify improvements.
* Prepare and present financial reports and variance analyses.
* Offer actionable recommendations to enhance business performance.
* Develop budgets and forecasts with business units.
* Monitor performance against budgets and identify variances.
* Support budget management and financial guidance.
* Act as a trusted advisor for financial decision-making.
* Evaluate business cases and investment proposals.
* Conduct cost-benefit and scenario analyses.
* Establish and monitor KPIs for financial performance.
* Collaborate to develop action plans for performance improvement.
* Partner with other departments to understand financial needs.
* Facilitate communication between finance and other units.
* Identify process improvements and efficiencies.
* Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
* Implement initiatives for continuous financial improvement.
Candidate Qualifications

* BCom or equivalent degree
* CPA qualification
* At least 5 years' post-training experience
* Experience with systems and procedures
