We’re Hiring: B2B Enterprise Sales Account Manager (Mission-Driven Startup)

Join a fast-growing, impact-focused startup where your work directly supports global sustainability and positive change. You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of B2B partners, building long-term relationships and helping organizations turn ambition into real-world environmental impact. With lots of interest and usage of their products, you will be in an exceptional opportunity to manage current customers, help them drive as much value as possible and manage retention, upsell and cross-selling.

Working from the company's beautiful office head quarters you will play a key role in growth and expansion.

Your impact:

* Own and grow a portfolio of mission-aligned B2B partners, from Enterprise Customers to SMB/Mid-Market, across a variety of industries.
* Close inbound leads effectively and quickly.
* Deepen relationships through trust, value, and results.
* Expand accounts through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling, with a view to expand each account spend and increase revenue.
* Act as a connector between clients and internal product/operations teams
* Spot risks early and protect long-term partnerships.
* Ensure smooth execution of projects through close operational follow-up to the onboarding team.

You bring

* Fluency in English & French (Spanish a plus)
* B2B account management or SaaS experience
* Must have experience in a start-up environment
* A relationship-first, impact-driven mindset
* Exceptional self-driven, organisational skills and resilient attitude
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Comfort with digital tools, CRMs, and data
* Ownership, curiosity, and a bias for action

Salary

* €35,000 to €40,000 base salary annually, plus a bonus based on performance, approximately €5,000 a year.
* This position requires onsite working at the company's office.
* International team-mates and open atmosphere with an inspiring office environment.
