Develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals, and plan, execute, and optimize marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue. Build internal and external relationships and collaborate across multiple teams.What You Will DoOrganize sales events activities.Propose and validate event agendas focused on regions and sales activities, respecting budgets.Implement these agendas with agency and team support, ensuring efficiency and maximum impact on sales (leads and deals), and monitor KPIs.Create all product supports and engage necessary teams.Contribute to JV events, maximizing synergies.Initiate and follow procurement processes.Develop and enhance CRM systems.Propose and implement tool evolutions.Implement newsletters in line with corporate strategy.Document and monitor KPIs.Propose and monitor business development KPIs.Assess volume metrics.Coordinate with all transversal teams involved in MTP HPS.Lead internal processes, respecting planning and proposing improvements within validated methodologies.Gather and compare information from additional sources to identify gaps, ensuring consistency and unified messaging.Provide sales volume visibility information to the company.Branding ActivitiesCoordinate and execute branding activities, aligning with business development and communication strategies.Develop branding initiatives, such as motorsport or other sales-related actions.What We Are Looking ForExperience in marketing within multinational environments and B2B companies.Experience in industrial settings with complex and highly technical products.Knowledge of CRM systems and implementation skills.Team management experience.Data-driven and analytical approach, with a dynamic profile.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Innovative thinking and digital expertise.Proficiency in English is mandatory;
