An opportunity for a HR Generalist has arisen within Airbus Operations, Madrid (Getafe).
Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and versatile candidate to support HRBPs and Talent Acquisition Partners in their daily activities and projects, with the following activities:
* Support HR Administrative Processes in close link with HRBPs
* Accompany On Boarding & Off Boarding activities
* Analyse HR Data & create HR metrics & reports to follow up Team & HR Performance
* Accompany the team project leaders in the deployment of theirs activities
* Keep up to date documentation and contribute to the standardisation of communications
