Experteer Overview As IT Solutions Principal Specialist, you bridge Product and Sales for Amadeus hospitality solutions in the IMEAT region. You translate complex tech into business value for hotel customers, engaging senior IT and business leaders. You lead impactful product demos, align solutions with contracts, and maintain data and pipeline quality in Salesforce. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape solutions and drive customer success. build relationships with VP/C-level stakeholders - Deliver product presentations, demos, and post-implementation support;
ensure solutions meet contractual expectations - Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, opportunities, activities, and data quality across the sales cycle - Analyze requirements, formalize functional specs, manage CP processes, and prepare sizing and commercial inputs - Collaborate with Product, Portfolio, Sales Engineering, and Delivery teams;
share best practices - Support Account Managers with development plans;
identify upsell opportunities and respond to RFPs/RFIs - Contribute to business cases, pricing elements, and competitive insights;
