What Youll Do:
Supervise and coordinate daily front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences. Lead, motivate, and train front office staff to deliver exceptional service. Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining our boutique standards. Drive revenue by promoting hotel products through upselling and cross-selling. Participate in Manager-on-Duty shifts, covering mornings, afternoons, and nights.
What Were Looking For:
35 years of experience in front office or supervisory roles, ideally in boutique hotels. Professional English proficiency. Experience with Opera Cloud or similar property management systems. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability in upselling and cross-selling hotel services. Adaptable to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) including supervisory duties.
