Overview
Join to apply for the Tramitador de Siniestros Flotas (Implant) role at Marsh. This position is located in Madrid and is an Implant role with a hybrid system, requiring work on-site with the client 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Manager of Siniestros in the business unit, responsible for the end-to-end management of Fleet claims across their full scope.
* Maintain ongoing interaction with clients, facilitating necessary information on the progress of procedures and providing required guidance.
* Negotiate with insurance companies.
* Lead meetings/committees with clients and internal areas.
* Address client demand by seeking quality service solutions.
* Lead discussions with insurers regarding coverage.
* Ensure compliance with processes and procedures.
What you need to have
* More than three years of experience as a fleet claims handler in auto insurance.
* Excellent communication skills.
* High organizational capacity to prioritize objectives, meet deadlines and resolve problems.
* Customer orientation (external and internal).
* Focus on meeting SLAs.
* Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
