This position will report to the Head of Logistics and play a key role in managing and optimizing a portfolio of logistics projects. The role is based in Madrid or Barcelona, preferably Barcelona, with frequent travel to Catalonia.Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising the development of new logistics projects, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.- Leading the commercialization of assets, managing relationships with potential tenants, and securing lease agreements to ensure high occupancy rates.- Analyzing portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize value.- Collaborating with the existing team to integrate technical and commercial perspectives while reporting progress and results to the Head of Logistics.Ideal candidates will have:
