Responsibilities
* Expand the network of commercial agents across Spain, Portugal, and Andorra.
* Sell natural cosmetics products and achieve sales targets.
* Attend training sessions and adopt proven sales methods.
* Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Qualifications
* Proven ability to sell, preferably from cold door-to-door engagements.
* Strong communication, empathy, and persuasion skills.
* Resilience and capacity to handle rejection and persist toward goals.
* Good physical condition for frequent travel within the mentioned countries.
Compensation
The company will cover training costs and provide a salary based on sales performance.
