The role of a Business Development Representative (BDR) involves calling English-speaking companies and speaking with IT managers. There is no selling on the phone. The goal is to generate leads by setting up meetings between IT managers and our client's sales representatives. During our signature Warm Handover, you will collaborate closely with sales experts from clients like Intel, Dell, Fujitsu, learning about the industry and building your network of decision-makers globally.

Here’s what you’ll do :

* Engage with key decision-makers: Connect and initiate conversations with IT managers to understand their current tech setup.
* Spark interest: Present our client's innovative IT solutions and demonstrate how they can optimize processes and increase productivity.
* Create high-value opportunities: Arrange meetings between prospects and our client's sales experts to advance the sales process.

We provide an excellent four-week onboarding process to prepare you for success as a BDR.

Uncapped Commission System :

As a BDR at Anteriad, your earning potential is unlimited. The more leads you generate, the more money you earn.

Your profile

* C2 English required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Sales and/or telemarketing experience is a plus but not mandatory
* Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
* CRM experience is desirable but not mandatory
* Target-driven mentality and a can-do attitude
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Preferred candidates will be based in Madrid, but remote work options are considered
* Legal ability to work full-time in Spain

Working hours:

* Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 (1-hour lunch break)
* Friday: 08:00 – 14:00
