The work as a Business Development Representative (BDR) consists of calling companies in Australia and New Zealand and speaking to the IT managers. There is no selling on the phone. Our job is to gather information by asking the right questions on relevant IT-related topics. The aim of the call is to generate a "lead": setting up a meeting between the IT manager and our client's sales representative. In order to prepare you to take on this role, we have an excellent four week onboarding process, taking place at our office in Las Rozas, to prepare you to excel as a BDR.
