For our Madrid office we are seeking an experienced Product and Supply Chain Specialist to support our plans to expand our footprint in the Wind Aftermarket. This role requires a professional who is not only a strategic planner but also a hands-on doer, responsible for both ensuring we are ready to support newer turbine platforms and assisting our Sales Managers with complex and large requests.

Job Responsibilities:
As the Product Manager for Main Components and Decommissioning Projects, you will be instrumental in scaling our biggest revenue driver. Key responsibilities include:
* Supplier Relationship Development: Develop the relationship with suppliers of main components and wind turbines decommissioning companies.
* Supplier Evaluation & Qualification: Define and implement robust processes to evaluate and qualify these new suppliers.
* Supply Chain Development: Partner with sales to develop the supply chain of main components.
* Data Custodianship & Automation: Act as the custodian of Main component and dismantling projects data. Responsible for defining the data models and keeping them up to date with inputs from sales, using process automation.
* Sales Support: Partner with the Global Sales team to provide technical expertise in complex and large sales opportunities and ensure insights are captured in our internal systems.
* Scalable Growth: Define and implement a scalable process to increase the sales of main components by 4x within the next 2 years.
* Digital Lead Generation: Partner with the website product manager to use the website as an effective sales lead generator for main components customers and suppliers.
* Market Intelligence: Monitor the wind aftermarket landscape to identify emerging needs for newer fleets and translate these into development, procurement, and sales actions.
* Technical Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for both internal teams and external clients regarding components, systems, and turbine technology.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding of the wind energy sector combined with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
* Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience specifically within the wind energy sector is mandatory, preferably in spare parts procurement or aftermarket support. Experience with GE, Gamesa, Vestas, or Siemens turbines is a plus.
* Knowledge: Deep understanding of wind turbine components and the differences between major OEM platforms.
* Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with large datasets to generate new knowledge and insights that can be leveraged by the organization.
* Technical Skills: Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, for example, using complex formulas, Pivot Tables, and Data Modeling.
* Global Mindset & Cultural Competence: Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse, international sales and procurement team. You must be highly skilled at bridging cultural differences to successfully negotiate and build lasting partnerships with suppliers based in different countries.
* Travel Required: Visiting suppliers is of paramount importance to this role. The candidate must be willing and able to travel frequently to conduct on-site evaluations and foster in-person relationships across various international locations.
