Role Overview
We're looking for an Auditor Operations Intern to join our Quality Department and support the operational management of our global auditor network. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring smooth auditor assignment, qualification processes, and day-to-day coordination activities that are essential to delivering high-quality audit services.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with our team to manage the full end-to-end auditor qualification process, from sourcing new auditors in alignment with our company's strategic objectives to documentation review, preparing interviews, and generating qualification records.
* Proactively engage with auditors to ensure timely assignment to confirmed audits.
* Engage in auditor-related operational activities such as controlling training records, supporting auditor invoicing and more.
* Contribute to the standardization and streamlining of our processes, driving efficiency and consistency across our operations.
* Bring your own ideas and experiment with new approaches to continuously improve our quality management practices.
Requirements
* Currently studying Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or another life sciences‑related field.
* Strong interest in Quality operations, audit processes, and structured documentation workflows.
* Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple follow-ups in a structured way.
* Proactive mindset with the ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders.
* Motivated to grow within a dynamic and fast‑paced startup environment.
