Role Description
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to support the development and expansion of an international female intimate care brand in the Spanish market. This role is key to building brand awareness, trust, and cultural relevance in a category where education and authenticity are essential for growth.
The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing strategies, managing social media profiles, optimizing engagement, and creating innovative content. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, enhancing brand visibility, and collaborating with the team to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
The collaboration model will be freelance-based, working closely with our core team in a flexible and results-oriented setup. We are looking for a long-term partner who can grow with the project and contribute strategically to the brand’s development in Spain.
Qualifications
Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
Strong Communication and Content Strategy skills
Proficiency in Digital Marketing practices and trends
Proven ability to analyze social media data and derive insights
Experience managing multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously
Knowledge of analytics tools and industry-standard software
Proactive mindset with excellent time management and organizational skills
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
Experience with public relations or working with journalists is a plus
