Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the end-to-end execution of defined digital services for hotels, supporting alignment with global standards and activation across Marriott.com, multilingual global sites, OTAs, and segment channels. You collaborate with managers to implement area-wide campaigns and optimize online presence to boost hotel performance. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to push digital initiatives, manage content and site optimizations, and coordinate marketing activations. This is a chance to shape digital experiences for a global hotel portfolio.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage and optimize Marriott.com hotel websites and global site content (messaging, imagery, captions, links, PDFs)
• Audit sites for quality, translations, and imagery; guide hotels on improvements
• Develop hotel website modules for Fu0026B, Spa, Golf, weddings where applicable
• Coordinate pull-through and activation of corporate digital projects (new sites, ERS, e-services)
• Maintain accurate online positioning (Yelp, GMB) and optimize 3rd-party channel content scores
• Coordinate SEO efforts with the Center of Excellence and manage keyword strategy
• Support online marketing activities (deals, group deals) and deploy email campaigns (METT, MEOs)
• Launch digital campaigns (display, paid search, email, social) with approved agencies/vendors
• Coordinate regional campaign execution with performance marketing and Fu0026B teams
• Oversee landing page creation, offer copy/images, and testing/optimization of campaigns
Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in an online agency or client services role
• 2+ years leading project teams and implementing digital strategies
• BS/BA in marketing or related field or equivalent certification
• Strong workflow management and CMS experience
• Solid understanding of online marketing and merchandising
• Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
