YOUR PROFILE:
* Recently graduated in Engineering or a related STME field (within the last 3 years) or finishing your degree (maximum 12 credits remaining)
* Interest in process improvement, digitalization and industrial engineering
* Background or interest in process engineering, methods & time measurement, workload balancing, or similar areas is a plus (not mandatory)
* Motivated, analytical and eager to learn in a digital and industrial environment
