WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a CIB Delivery Operations Analyst, you will conduct documentation, preparatory, and administrative tasks to ensure the bank's daily operations run smoothly. You will support operations and work with bank platforms, processing various payment transactions, including controls and data entry.
We need someone to help us in different areas:
* Lead commercial discussions with clients regarding agency services
* Collaborate with business lines to improve client experience through a range of agency services (Facility agent, ECA agent, Documentary agent, Intercreditor agent, Funds flow agent, Sustainability agent)
* Fulfill commercial objectives
* Manage agency services, specifically:
o Manage conditions precedent during closing and disbursements
o Handle correspondence between borrowers, lenders, and external advisors
o Deliver notices, compliance certificates, budgets, and financial statements, alerting clients to any breaches
o Maintain custody of legal documentation and make it accessible to stakeholders
o Collect lenders' funds and credit in clients' accounts according to disbursement mechanisms
o Coordinate waivers/amendments and return documents to clients on behalf of lenders
REQUIREMENTS
* Experience in the banking industry
* Knowledge of syndicated and structured transactions
* High level of English proficiency
* Additional languages (German, Italian, etc.) are appreciated
