Our team: The Business Operations team is the powerhouse behind internal innovation. We tackle the company’s most strategic and complex challenges and turn them into long-term, scalable growth engines. We lead high-impact initiatives that push Joko forward, including launching new business lines, rethinking revenue infrastructure, and embedding AI into our operations. Our mission is to help Joko operate at its absolute best, every single day.
What You Will Do
We are looking for a highly analytical, resourceful, and impact-obsessed Operations Manager to join our Business Operations team and own one of our key operational scopes: Content, Product, Revenue, Finance, Marketing, or Team. You will take full ownership of your vertical, address its toughest challenges, and lead initiatives that unlock new performance. You will design tech-enabled, scalable solutions that power Joko’s growth and efficiency. You will reimagine revenue funnels, automate internal tooling, and reshape cross-functional workflows to drive transformation across the company. Your exact scope will depend on your background and company priorities. Example missions include:
Revenue Operations
* Redesign our sales and account management processes to drive conversion and retention
* Rebuild and optimize our CRM (Hubspot) to empower data-driven decisions
* Lead high-impact projects that directly influence top-line growth
Finance Operations
* Automate cash collection, invoicing, and reporting flows end to end
* Build internal tools that give real-time visibility into financial performance
* Reimagine how money moves through the business and fix what’s broken
Content Operations
* Scale the creation and quality control processes for thousands of merchant offers across all markets
* Build AI-driven tools that multiply team output and accuracy
* Help manage a dedicated BPO team to deliver flawless, high-volume content quickly
Team Operations
* Own and evolve Joko's tool stack (Notion, Slack, Claude & MCPs) and make every team faster, smarter, and more secure
* Automate cross-functional workflows: onboarding, OKRs, and access management for frictionless scale
* Lead ESG, IT security, and simplification initiatives to keep Joko compliant and future-proof
Product Operations
* Optimize key product metrics like catch rate and coupon success
* Build tools that help Product teams move faster
* Own key product integrations, acting as a strategic point of contact with external partners
Marketing Operations
* Structure and scale how we track, measure, and optimize marketing performance
* Automate workflows for growth and CRM teams to boost campaign velocity
* Build robust internal systems to improve ROI visibility and strategic decision-making
You’ll be part of a small, elite team with the autonomy to make real decisions and the mandate to drive real change.
Who We’re Looking For
* Education: You graduated from a top-tier engineering, business, or applied science program
* Experience: 2+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or a similar role
* Problem solver: You love tackling complex, ambiguous problems with structured thinking and a bias for action
* Operational mindset: You’re relentlessly curious, detail-obsessed, and driven to optimize processes
* Tech-first thinker: You look for scalable, tech-enabled solutions before manual fixes

Hiring Process

* For non-engineering roles: Take-home case + 45-min interview
* For engineering roles: 90-min live technical interview
* Step 3 – Leadership interview (45 min)
* References: Up to 3 calls with former colleagues or managers
