Technical:
* Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and technical specifications. Interaction between business and technology.
* Documentation of processes (AsIs vs ToBe), architecture system maps/diagrams, administrative internal documentation for reviews (with risk, data and InfoSec).
* Stakeholder coordination, project and plan management, stakeholder training on new tools.
* Experience participating, planning or coordinating testing (SIT & UAT).
* Experience working in banking, ideally CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking), ideally in the markets/trading space.
