We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a combined role as Salesperson (Event Sales) & Host (Evening Shift). This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, event sales, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Role Overview
- Salary: Competitive plus comission
- Schedule: Full-time with a mix of weekday and evening shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to promote event sales, reaching out to potential clients and securing bookings.
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and repeat customers.
- Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Beverage Director on event-specific menus and drink pairings.
- Welcome guests and manage reservations, ensuring a smooth seating process.
- Provide excellent guest service by addressing inquiries and complaints.
- Assist with coordinating table turnover during busy periods.
- Act as the liaison between the front-of-house and bar team.
- Track sales performance and maintain a database of leads and confirmed events.
- Maintain a professional, polished appearance and a welcoming demeanour.

- Proven experience in event sales, front-of-house operations, or hosting.
