Affinity are a client-rich (we have more qualified clients than ANY other Real Estate agency on the Costa del Sol), fast-paced Real Estate agency, providing full onsite training - experience within the industry is not essential, but will, of course, be a bonus. Expect a one month training period after which you will be meeting with actual buying clients and earning commissions (so expect to start earning commissions within 4-6 weeks of starting). The ideal candidate will have a huge amount of initiative, common sense, and the ability to learn one end of the Costa del Sol to the other. A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH, AND A SECOND LANGUAGE WOULD BE EXTREMELY BENEFICIAL - IN PARTICULAR FRENCH, DUTCH, OR GERMAN. You must also have access to a 4 door car (and must have a full driving license). You will also need to be based on the Costa del Sol in order to attend an initial meeting at our office in Puerto Banus, Marbella. Fir this position, the successful candidate: -MUST BE A RESIDENT OF SPAIN OR ABLE TO LEGALLY WORK HERE. -have a driving license. -have a presentable car, with the ability to carry 2 to 4 passengers. -have full car insurance. -be a fluent English speaker (other languages are a bonus). -have the ability to study and retain basic information. -have a relatively flexible lifestyle with the ability to work whenever the buying client requires.
