What Are We Looking For At Cosentino, we are seeking a Showroom Specialist for our City Center in Mallorca. The City Center serves as the focal point of our commercial model, offering an aspirational experience for designers, architects, end consumers, and our partners.What You Will Do As Showroom Specialist, you will support day‐to‐day operations in the Cosentino City showroom. Your core duties include guest relations, customer service assistance, and event coordination.You will identify and generate sales leads, partnering with the local sales team to convert leads into sales and projects. You will also visit specific customer accounts, build relationships, and generate direct sales.Additionally, you will enhance our showroom experience across targeted local industries such as builders, architects, designers, and commercial sectors, and proactively outreach to clients to achieve team and individual goals.Sales Responsibilities Welcome and engage every customer, fostering long‐term relationships and brand loyalty.Assist all walk‐ins and scheduled appointments at the showroom.Provide support face‐to‐face, over the phone, and via e‐mail to help customers understand Cosentino's benefits.Develop and maintain relationships with local design firms, visiting them outside the showroom and driving sales as per assigned targets.Support the sales team by preparing sample shipments, checking stock levels, and highlighting potential stock issues.Collaborate with the City Manager and Showroom Managers to increase traffic and generate leads.Register visits and leads in Salesforce.Organization and Administration Responsibilities Filter City Center leads via phone and forward viable prospects.Plan and organize events, coordinating content and qualified attendees.Execute events: send invitations, arrange catering, handle logistics, publicity, and mailing.Record all customer visits daily in Salesforce.Maintain showroom condition, ensuring cleanliness of furniture, equipment, supplies, and proper placement of marketing materials.Order and stock supplies, maintain equipment, and manage the overall showroom.Handle administrative tasks for suppliers.What You Need to Succeed Professional Experience 2+ years in sales.1+ year in a retail showroom environment, with a proven track record of generating leads and converting them to sales.Preferably 2+ years in the interior‐design industry.Knowledge Proven success in sales, marketing, and customer service.Desirable: Knowledge of the building or decoration market.Academic Background High‐school diploma or GED required.Desirable: Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.What We Do Offer A rewarding opportunity to grow in a key position within Cosentino.About Cosentino Cosentino's purpose is to inspire people through innovative and sustainable spaces.
