Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, the Junior Brand Manager will be be responsible to carry out Seagram’s projects, to execute strategies and plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external agencies. Responsabilities: Conduct brand analysis and support the creation of the annual strategic brand plan. Project management to implement the brand strategy, working hand in hand with transversal teams and external agencies. Lead Social Media and PR strategies working with the Digital & Comms team, to bring brand personality to life and achieve annual KPIs. Actively participate in the development of ATL media campaigns with SBM Lead the brand’s sports sponsorship and its activation across all touchpoints. Work closely with the on-trade and off-trade departments to guarantee excellence in the execution of brand actions in these channels (on-packs, PoS visibility, promotions and consumers activations). Support the development of new products and limited-editions with SBM and Industrial departments. Participate to their launch. Track and report KPIs of each project, draw appropriate learnings and recommendations. Budget management. Required profile: University degree. A master degree will be a plus. English fluent. Other languages, French, will be a plus. At least 1 year experience Junior Brand Manager or similar. 2-3 professional experience in the field of brand management, preferably in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Industry.
