Senior Pricing Analyst
will support the Infrastructure Pricing Manager by implementing improvement initiatives aligned with Kennametal’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities include analyzing pricing issues, identifying solutions, and implementing preventive measures. The role involves strong cross-functional collaboration with Regional Sales, Leadership, Global Product Management, and Customer Service teams.The Infrastructure Pricing Team focuses on Value-Based Pricing, developing pricing strategies, conducting market and customer analysis, and executing solutions to meet strategic goals. The team manages global pricing processes for standard products, custom solutions, and services, engaging with Product Management, Sales, and Regional Leaders.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand pricing rules and processes across Infrastructure locations.Proactively assess pricing requests for compliance with business guidelines.Develop and maintain customer price models.Conduct pricing and profitability analyses to support margin goals.Apply pricing policies consistently and provide explanations for decisions.Research and resolve pricing discrepancies.Analyze pricing data for optimization opportunities.Support pricing projects and teams.Resolve pricing issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.Maintain and improve pricing data integrity.Participate in designing new pricing systems and reports.Test new solutions and lead cross-functional training for implementation.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, finance, or math/statistics with 3-5 years of experience.Strong data analysis skills to identify trends in large datasets.Proactive, independent worker comfortable in global teams.Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, with problem-solving skills.Track record of results delivery and fostering an ethical work environment.Excellent communication, decision-making, and business acumen.Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros) and familiarity with Office 365, Power BI.Knowledge of data modeling and pricing tools.Experience in pricing, profitability analysis, or product management in B2B industries.Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.Project management experience.What We OfferLunch Ticket COBEEAdditional health insurance (ADESLAS)Office located in Sant Cugat del Valles (25 minutes from Plaza Catalunya)Additional DetailsSeniority Level:
