Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the global strategic direction for tomato typologies and Product Markets Combination (PMC), aligning with Hazera’s business objectives. You will monitor market trends, translate needs into portfolio decisions, and drive product leadership through cross-functional collaboration. Expect to coordinate breeding and product development, manage the PLC, and optimize the portfolio across regions. You’ll work with Sales, Breeding, Supply, and Finance to deliver high-impact tomato products and strategic initiatives.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Define and update the Crop Strategy and PMC plans - Coordinate cross-functional PD activities with Sales, Breeding, Seed Technology, Production, Supply, QC, and Finance - Manage Product Life Cycle (PLC) and product definitions per PMC - Oversee breeding projects, translate trends into project proposals, and promote products through DV1–commercial stages - Lead PMC teams, create PD plans, and support agro-technical and Marcom activities - Support account management in the region and collaborate on regional strategy - Forecast future products and challenge current commercial forecasts - Recommend global variety positioning, pricing thresholds, and development priorities by country and customer - Monitor market dynamics and translate customer needs into portfolio decisions - Participate in updating and maintaining the Crop Strategy - Create strategic plans for all PMC under responsibilityResponsabilidades - Bachelor degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering/Science, Business, Marketing, or related field - 5+ years experience in breeding, product development and/or sales - Strategic thinking with execution focus in a cross-functional environment - Fluent English (spoken and written);
