From Eurofirms, we are currently looking for an International Inside Sales Specialist to join a growing company specialized in products for the dance and ballet industry, with a strong and expanding presence across European markets, particularly in Germany.
This position will play a key role within the export and sales department, supporting the management of international clients, ensuring smooth communication, and contributing to the development of business opportunities in niche markets linked to performing arts and dance.
You will be part of a dynamic and international environment, working closely with clients such as dance schools, distributors, and specialized retailers, combining client relationship management with internal commercial coordination.
Main Responsibilities:
* Daily communication with international clients in German and English.
* Full management of the sales cycle from the office: preparing quotations, tracking opportunities, closing orders and managing them through the ERP system.
* Providing technical-commercial support to clients in the German market.
* Maintaining and strengthening B2B commercial relationships.
* Identifying business opportunities and supporting international market development.
* Coordinating with internal departments (logistics, production, administration, etc.).
* Occasional participation in trade fairs as support to the external sales team.
Requirements:
* 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Export Sales Support, or international commercial environments.
* Advanced level of German and English (essential).
* Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Organized, proactive and solution-oriented profile.
* Previous experience in industrial or B2B environments is a plus.

* Salary: €28,000 – €30,000 fixed + attractive performance-based bonus
