Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.Responsibilities:
Optimize service operations processes and supporting systems to reduce operational workload, enhance reporting/forecasting transparency, and track SLAs.Manage project scope, timelines, and communications as a project manager.Work with service owners, product owners, and the delivery team to identify requirements and ensure project objectives are met.Manage operational tasks for the Service Ops Platforms.Support day-to-day operations of the Service Ops Platforms.Assist in onboarding and training for Production Partners.Experience:
Experience in Project Management and Business Analysis roles in the IT sector.Knowledge of service operations processes, including global and customer-centric scenarios, process mapping, and requirements gathering.Familiarity with service operation tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.Excellent Excel skills.Experience working in SCRUM environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.What We Offer:
