The key purpose of this role is to drive improvements in Forecast Performance through excellence in operations of the affiliates' forecast development, synergies, and alignment in statistical production processes. The role involves being part of the S&OP cycle for NX Pharmaceutical.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the Demand Planning technical focal point at the global level, centralizing all affiliate demand in NX Pharmaceuticals.
* Act as the Demand Planning focal point for B2B and B2C international business, including own production and CMO demand in NX Pharmaceuticals.
* Ensure all account managers participate in the forecast cycle by updating demand monthly with a 24/36 month horizon.
* Support account managers by analyzing deviations from previous cycle demand to identify gaps or changes affecting the Business Unit.
* Provide a global vision and performance analysis for distributor forecasts in NX Pharmaceuticals.
* Lead the S&OP consensus demand process to sign off on forecasts monthly.
* Support supply/demand planners in signing off forecasts by customers, provided monthly through S&OP consensus demand.
* Work closely with CMO supply planner specialists and PMOs to ensure accurate monthly forecast submissions, supporting effective cross-functional communication and enterprise decision-making. Analyze OOS risks, inventory coverage, gaps, and projections.
* Establish and develop an effective centralized forecast support system for the international business.
* Prepare monthly forecast accuracy and performance outlook reports, as well as quarterly medium-term outlooks for S&OP demand review.
