Mission : Project Manager responsible for leading and managing projects from conception and design detail through to implementation, testing, and handover. This role involves applying management skills and technical knowledge to complete projects accurately, on time, and within budget, achieving revenue targets. Project types : Substation, Medium and Low Voltage Equipment, and Facilities such as Electrical Distribution, Infrastructure, Data Centers, and Industry. Experience in MV equipment and auxiliary systems including Power Transformers, MV and LV Switchgears, UPS, VFDs, protections, control, and automation (selectivity studies, communication networks, automatic transfers, etc.). Main responsibilities : Leading project execution teams and managing all project stages, including resource identification and responsibility assignment. Reviewing technical documentation to optimize solutions and ensure customer requirements are met. Making decisions on technical comments raised by customers. Leading kickoff meetings with customers, factories, and subcontractors. Monitoring and controlling project progress to ensure timely delivery, using tracking tools and proactive decision-making. Analyzing risks and opportunities, mitigating potential issues, and enhancing project performance. Managing customer communication to meet requirements and increase satisfaction. Collaborating with purchasing on subcontract negotiations regarding terms, quality, and pricing. Coordinating with national and international factories, suppliers, and internal teams. Monitoring subcontractor performance regarding delivery time, cost, and quality. Ensuring margin improvements and achieving budgeted results. Conducting regular project reviews and providing estimates of margin at completion. Managing variation orders and claims, mitigating conflicts during project execution. Driving customer relationships through proactive communication. Managing FAT events and establishing stakeholder relationships. Overseeing project closure and transfer to Field Services. Knowledge and Experience : Technical Engineer or Bachelor of Engineering degree. Project management experience in Medium Voltage Solutions, MV Equipment, turnkey plants. Experience in engineering and execution of Electrical Distribution Substations. Knowledge of MV/LV electrical installations and network dimensioning. Experience with control and monitoring systems for electrical distribution. Valuable experience in Data Center applications. Valuable PMI Certification.
