What you will do in this role
We believe in doing right by and for people—our clients, their customers, our team members, our community, and our planet. As an Engagement Manager, your responsibilities include:
1. Onboarding independent software vendors (ISVs), explaining the value of our commercial marketplace, setting engagement expectations, and identifying opportunities.
2. Activating technical consultations and Go-To-Market planning sessions.
3. Managing ISV pipelines through proactive outreach to ensure support for meeting publication deadlines.
4. Nurturing relationships via regular communication and tracking progress towards next steps.
5. Troubleshooting program-related issues faced by ISVs.
6. Promoting content, events, and programs to drive engagement.
7. Collaborating with the ISV Technical Team to support technical activation processes.
Your qualifications

* Is bilingual or proficient in German and advanced in English.
* Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
* Has at least 2 years of sales and marketing experience, 1 year of account management, and 1 year in the IT industry.
* Possesses sales skills, familiarity with modern selling techniques, and the ability to navigate decision-makers and establish next steps.
* Can accurately document call outcomes and notes.
* Has a basic understanding of the target industry and can communicate solutions effectively.
* Is proficient with productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web conferencing) and has experience with CRM systems.
* Has a foundational understanding and passion for cloud technologies and their impact.
* Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills using professional business language.
