What will you do?
- Engage with regional clients to understand their needs and provide tailored Google Ads solutions
- Manage a high volume of accounts while delivering exceptional service and sales support
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client persuasion
- Work towards KPIs and performance targets, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations
- Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and business priorities
- Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving inquiries and concerns efficiently
Candidate profile
- C2 level of German and C1 level of English, both written and spoken
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Experience in creating digital marketing strategies for various business sizes
- BA/BS degree required;
advanced degree or certification is an advantage
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong resilience and ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on customer retention and value
- Strong understanding of the German market and digital ecosystem
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
