Responsibilities
Marketing and Brand Awareness
* Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for the lounge in Madrid.
* Collaborate with HQ and the regional design team to manage social media profiles and produce quality content for platforms like X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, tailored to the Spain market.
* Build and maintain relationships with local press, bloggers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to maximize brand exposure.
* Plan and execute marketing and PR campaigns in collaboration with regional teams, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
* Develop and distribute marketing collateral to support sales and promotional activities.
* Work with the eCommerce team to implement digital marketing campaigns and update local promotions on the brand website.
* Conduct regular market research and analysis to understand market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies for effective marketing planning.
* Handle customer service responses, addressing common complaints and establishing resolution processes.
* Support business development initiatives by creating marketing materials for new business and product launches.
Sales Strategy Development and Execution
* Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for the Plaza Premium Lounge.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to expand both B2B and B2C customer bases.
* Identify and pursue potential business opportunities through partnerships with airlines, travel trade partners, hotels, and telecom companies.
* Effectively communicate PPG's value proposition through proposals, presentations, and tailored pitches.
* Forecast future sales trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Analyze and monitor partner performance to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
Sales Discipline
* Maintain a structured and disciplined approach to account management, sales tracking, and pipeline management.
* Update client account information regularly and ensure adherence to established sales procedures and processes.
* Maintain effective control over the sales budget and monitor expenses to ensure alignment with revenue objectives.
Relationship Management
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to understand and meet their business needs.
* Liaise with internal departments, including operations, IT, legal, finance, and marketing, to articulate and fulfill client requirements.
* Provide sales support to local and regional sales teams as needed
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience, including 3 years in a managerial sales role.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, B2B portfolio.
* Hands-on experience with inbound marketing systems and marketing automation tools.
* Strong knowledge of email campaign systems and social media platforms (X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
* Expertise in digital and social media technology, including channel management.
* Exceptional interpersonal, project management, and team collaboration skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
* Strong phone and presentation skills.
* Excellent command of written and spoken English, Spanish.
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver results.
