Position Title: Client Partner Spain | Legal Business Development Manager
Business Unit: Corporate & Legal Services (“CLS”)
Location: Madrid (Hybrid)
The Client Partner is responsible for strengthening and expanding our relationships with lawyers, companies, clients, and other business partners or intermediaries who may benefit from CSC, Corporate & Legal Services.
At CSC, we support businesses by ensuring they meet all their formal obligations to remain in good standing, such as accounting, tax, corporate secretarial, payroll and AML Services.
In collaboration with the wider CLS Commercial Team across EMEA, the Client Partner will also work closely with internal stakeholders across client delivery, sales, and marketing, leveraging their support to maximise client engagement, partner value, and overall business success.
Work in close alignment with the business in Spain and other commercial team members in CLS EMEA to develop and execute commercial plans for these jurisdictions.
Attend pitches, presentations, and agreed-upon conferences and events as set out in commercial plans and, in cooperation with CSC Sales and Marketing, support the drafting of technical articles and other marketing materials, if necessary.
Document all activities in Salesforce.Provide support to the local servicing teams in their management of client relationships, to generate more business.
Take on client directorship roles for Spanish clients, if necessary.
Together with CLS leadership in Spain, develop client/business partner development strategies for each relationship to determine revenue protection/growth goals and identify product diversification opportunities.
Be the primary driver of growing a commercial mindset amongst the servicing colleagues in Spain.
A solid background in Spanish corporate law. Knowledge of tax law is a plus.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in law firms/legal services, which will provide insight into our business and help position the candidate as a strong interlocutor for business partners.

An existing network of lawyers (friends, colleagues, professional relationships, etc.).
Bilingual in Spanish and a high level of English (C1 or C2).
