Opportunity:We are seeking a strategic and driven Senior Account Manager to lead the growth of our presence in Spain.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships, driving commercial success, and contributing to the development of a high-performing sales team.As a Senior Account Manager, you will own and grow a portfolio of key accounts across multiple sectors, shaping compelling propositions and identifying new opportunities.
You will work closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions and ensure client success.
This role also includes the opportunity to support the development of junior team members and contribute to regional leadership initiatives.Job Responsibilities:- Drive revenue, orders, and pipeline growth across key Spanish accounts.- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client needs and NCC Group's capabilities.- Lead client engagement through workshops, QBRs, and executive-level discussions.- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.- Identify and shape large deals, leveraging cross-functional expertise.- Support the onboarding and development of new Business Development Executives.- Contribute to regional strategy and leadership during key business phases.Qualifications and Skills:- Cybersecurity Sales Expertise: Proven success in cybersecurity or complex IT solution sales.- Account Management Experience: Strong background in account management and business development in Spain.- Technical Communication: Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Team-Oriented Leadership: Collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and team development.- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English.- Passionate and Enthusiastic: Approach your work with unwavering energy and enthusiasm.- Proactive and Motivated: Demonstrate a proactive attitude, motivation, and unwavering ambition with an inherent sense of accountability.- Resourceful Self-Starter: Exhibit creativity, resourcefulness, and adaptability.- Effective Communication: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both in listening and articulating thoughts effectively.- Ambitious & Resilient: A hunger to achieve results with resilience during the sales process.- Change Fit: Ability to deal with ambiguity and keep up with the fast-paced nature of the cyber landscape, in a rapid growth team.- Willingness to Travel: National and international travel as needed.Behaviours:- Focusing on Clients and Customers- Working as One NCC- Being Inclusive and Respectful- Always Learning- Delivers BrilliantlyAbout NCC GroupThe NCC Group family has over 2,200 members located all around the world, providing a trusted advisory service to 15,000 customers.
