Join our Branch Operations team in Madrid to manage the end‑to‑end Bank Guarantees (Avales) lifecycle — issuance, amendments, commissions, cancellation, documentation — helping us to keep operations efficient and compliant.
Responsibilities
1. Manage, within a team of both experienced and junior workmates, the full lifecycle of Bank Guarantees (issuance, modification, cancellation), ensuring accurate documentation.
2. Respond to operational queries and escalate risks when needed.
3. Maintain data quality, contribute to process improvements, and follow operational standards.
Skills
4. Experience (ideally 2–3 years) in bank guarantees, trade finance, or financial institutions.
5. Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
6. Advanced English communication skills (essential).
7. Advanced Excel user.
8. Familiarity with Access / IA / programming tools is a plus.
