About this roleThe Marketing Analyst will be an integral role to support the needs of our CE & MEA Channel Marketing team and markets. This is a critical role to support measurement and optimisation of our marketing programme in CE & MEA. The goal is to provide data-driven insights that drive business growth, improve marketing efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.This is a specialist role that sits on the business' Global Marketing Analyst team that supports delivery of the future direction of marketing analytics within the business, as well as the CE & MEA Channel Marketing Leadership team.You will:Have overall responsibility for regional execution of the global marketing analytics strategy including:
3. Presenting accurate data to stakeholders through clear, actionable reports, and visualizations on Power BI or other visualization tools
4. Regular review and maintenance/optimization of key platforms, dashboards and reports - Power BI, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
5. Develop and maintain data processes from multiple data sources
6. Work with relational databases to ensure the validity of reported information.
7. Troubleshoot and correct data quality issues
8. Train the marketing organization on dashboard usage, supporting a data-driven mindset.
9. Drive the regional implementation of projects in the global data & analytics roadmap
10. Advise on suitable measurement strategies based on channel objectives - including but not limited to paid advertising, organic, paid search/social
11. Identify ways in which to improve analytical procedure to increase productivity and efficiency
12. Ensure alignment globally and a consistent measurement approach across all markets
13. Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform digital marketing strategies, optimize campaigns and improve ROI
14. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, social media engagement, various channel contribution, lead generation, and conversion rates to benchmark and evaluate campaign effectiveness.

What you will bring:
15. A genuine passion for digital analytics
16. Strong analytical and data manipulation skills, problem-solving mind-set
17. Fluency in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
18. +3 years of experience in marketing analytics and campaign measurement
19. Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, GA4, Google Big Query, GTM, Power BI, Google Looker Studio and SQL
20. Data visualisation / dashboard development experience
21. Deep understanding of web analytics including customer segmentation, attribution modelling, and path analysis
22. The ability to analyse data from multiple online and offline sources and translate it into commercial actions
23. Experience working in a multinational environment with multiple stakeholders, global and local teams is advantageous.
24. The ability to communicate analytical insight to internal stakeholders at all levels of seniority
25. Display a high level of initiative, be self-motivated and eager to learn
26. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required
